What should I do if I haven't received my purchase?

If for some reason your purchase hasn't arrived, try waiting a while first. Sometimes banks don't process information immediately. Be sure to restart the game.

If that doesn't help, please write to us in the chat in the lower left corner and provide the following information: a receipt confirming payment with the name of the purchase from the payment system (Xsolla, Google Play, App Store, YooMoney), as well as the date of payment and your game ID so that we can investigate the situation.
