How to restore your progress

There are two types of accounts in the game: linked accounts and guest accounts.

A linked account is an account that is connected to one or more available services in the game, such as Facebook, Google, or Apple.

If that’s your case, you can simply:

  • Launch the game.

  • Tap your profile avatar in the Home menu (press the in-game house icon while playing to access the menu).

  • Press Log Out if a new account has already been created (it’s called a Guest account).


  • Press the big plus sign and choose the option you originally signed up with.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

A guest account is an account that is not linked to any of the available services in the game.

If that’s your case, please contact our support team. In your request, make sure to include:

  • 10 receipts related to your in-app purchases (if you’ve made any).

    • You can find them in your email inbox. If you use Google Play, check your Gmail. If you use the App Store, check your iCloud email.

    • You can also find your receipts by following the links below:

  • All device models you’ve used to play the game with this account.

  • A list of your vehicles.

  • A list of your properties.

  • The amount of coins and diamonds on your account.
