There may be times when you’re playing the game and encounter a bug that affects your gameplay and makes the experience less enjoyable.
The best way to resolve this issue is to report the bug to our support team via email.
In your report, please make sure to include as many details as possible:
Your ID.
Your device model (for example, iPhone 15).
A short video showing the bug.
A few screenshots showing the location on the map where the issue occurred.
A screenshot of the error message, if any appears.
A short description with the steps needed to reproduce the bug, for example:
Pull up to the marked location on the map.
Get out of the vehicle.
Approach a diamond.
Try to collect it.
Our team will do their best to identify the root cause of the issue and provide a proper solution as soon as possible.
