I haven't received my rewards for placing in a Clan Season.
If you haven't received your Clan Season rewards, please contact our support team and include the following information in your request:
Your ID (Tap your avatar in the Main Menu. Your ID is displayed in the top-left corner.)
Clan ID (Tap the Clan icon. Your Clan ID is displayed at the top of the Clan menu.)
Your Clan's final placement in the Clan Season
Our support team will investigate the issue and help you resolve it.

We’ll notify you a few days prior to a new Clan Season’s launch in the game

How do I participate in a Clan Season?
To participate in a Clan Season, you must be a member of a Clan and earn Clan Season Points.
Please note: If you join a Clan after a Clan Season has started, you will not be eligible to receive Clan Season rewards.
You can earn Clan Season Points by:
Completing Clan Missions, available from the Clan menu or under Clan Missions in the Missions menu. After completing each mission, claim your Clan Season Points to help your Clan climb the leaderboard.
Purchasing Clan Season Points from the Clan Shop while a Clan Season is active.
